Description

The aim of this module is to provide the learner with a fundamental understanding of the concept of “Following Up” in a sales context.

This module will cover:
  • Understanding what we mean by “Follow Up”.
  • Exploring the different methods of follow up using a range of platforms, tools, and resources.
  • Introducing various strategies to effectively implement follow up tactics at the appropriate times.
On completion of this module, learners will be able to:
  • Understand the main components of following up.
  • Describe some of the methods that they can use to follow up with prospects.
  • Identify and develop an appropriate strategy of follow up for their organisation.
